About Us
Karen Kay Harvey, Ph.D. has been involved with K-12 education since 1971. Currently she owns GEMINI CONSULTING which consults internationally as a educational leadership consultant.
Karen's extensive background has prepared her for this endeavor. She has served as elementary teacher, school board member, principal, assistant superintendent, curriculum developer, adjunct professor, School Support Team Leader, and assistant secretary of education at the state level. With this experience, she has keen understanding of the needs of educational leaders.
Karen is a Nationally Certified Principal, a Nationally Certified Mentor, and is certified as a cognitive coach.
